Our communications team are all members of The Chartered Institute of Public Relations, Midlands Group. To support the PR and Marketing industry in the region, we take advantage of Derby’s strong connections with CAMRA and real ale to host an annual Cheese and Real Ale event for CIPR members in the local area. It’s an opportunity for like-minded PR professionals to get together and chat over a pint of locally brewed ale and a lump or two of cheese.

As Marketing Derby Bondholders and Derby Diplomats, our aim is to promote Derby and the thriving business community within the city. With support from our membership with East Midlands Business Chamber we place professional business practice, further training and partnerships with local suppliers as a top priority. Derby QUAD is special to us all, especially Sarah (who has been an advocate of QUAD for over four years), and Simon (who regularly introduces film screenings there). In 2014 we became part of QUAD 100, a sponsorship scheme which aims to get 100 Derby businesses to give £100. The sponsorship fund goes towards transforming the lives of young and elderly people, the disadvantaged and those in hard to reach communities. Sarah also makes time to volunteer at numerous QUAD events and you’ll often find us catching a film, visiting the latest exhibition or taking part in a workshop.
